	• WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN DEMO AND FULL (REGISTERED) VERSION? The demo usually has some minor or major (that varies from game to game) differences from the full or registered version. For example, a puzzle game (like VISIQ™) may let you play only the first five level in the demo, allowing you to play all of them in the full version. Usually the limitation(s) of the game are clearly explained in the demo documentation. • WHAT SUPPORT DO YOU OFFER? Go to the contact page to send us a message with your request. You can send us request about game features, availability, problems downloading or installing, bugs or just general feedback about the game. Remember that we are constantly updating our games, adding new features and fixing problems, so always try to re-download the game from our site if you have a problem: there are good chances that it was already fixed! We usually reply within 24 hours. Please check also other part of this FAQ before contacting us directly.
	• HOW TO PURCHASE ONLINE? To select a product to purchase from the Magnetic Bytes web site simply press the "BUY NOW! " button on the products or on the home page. The new window will open. You simply click the "BUY!" button by the game or application you wish to purchase. You will be transferred to the our partner site, on which you could easily and 100% safely make a payment with your credit card. • I DON'T HAVE A CREDIT CARD, HOW DO I BUY YOUR GAMES? We can also accept payment by cheque or Postal money order. Please contact us for more information. • I HAVE ALREADY BOUGH THE PREVIOUS VERSION OF THE GAME. SHOULD I PAY FOR THE UPDATE? The upgrade for most of the games is free. The exception is made only for those games that have undergone some major changes in game play or they are modified for the other platform.
	• MY EXISTING SERIAL CODE DOESN'T WORK ANYMORE! If you have bought the game from us, and the serial code doesn't work anymore with a newer game, it probably means that we changed the key generator to prevent software piracy and keygens. Simply send us an email or use our contact form providing your order details (or even only your name and email) and we will send you a new working code. • I CAN'T ACCESS FULL VERSION DOWNLOAD or I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY SERIAL CODE You'll get an email with download link or serial code within few minutes after you bought the game. Please be sure that you haven't set up anti-spam filters that may prevent our emails to reach you. If you still have problems, please contact us. • MY PPC DOESN'T HAVE AN ARM PROCESSOR. WILL YOUR GAMES & PROGRAMS WORK ON MY PPC? All our games & programs should work flawlessly on your PPC as well. We have tested our software on the PPC's with an ARM processors and on a few others. However, if your PPC doesn't have an ARM processor, you could experience a program bug or two. Just to be sure: download the DEMO version of the software and try it out. If DEMO version works fine, you can be sure that the full version will also work normally on your PPC. • YOUR PROGRAMS WON'T WORK WITHOUT THE .NET COMPACT FRAMEWORK? 	• HOW COME THAT TINYSAFE IS A FREEWARE? It is obvious that PPC and other hand held computers are becoming the standard part of our everyday "equipment", like: bags, wallets, car keys, train/bus passes, MP3 players... As we would hate that you lose your car key or that someone steal your wallet, we want to make sure that no one steals your private and valuable data from your PPC.
